If you are not satisfied with your DP product once you receive it, you can return it, change sizes or just swap it for another product with no problem at all.

You only need to fill in our website contact form or send us an email with the order number and the reason for the return or exchange and we will reach you with all the proceeding details within 48 working hours.

We will send you a code and a tag so you can hand the item in Correos.

Please, bear in mind that the legal due date for any return or exchange is 14 days counting from the date you received the products. The cost of the shipping of any return or exchange is on the clients’ behalf.

Remember that the item to be exchanged or returned must be sent in the same condition as it was shipped and received, without being used or washed and with all the tags on. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it in order to confirm that it’s in perfect condition.

Once the return is approved, we will give you a refund by the same payment method you used in your purchase; please bear in mind that the refund may take up to 14 days, depending on the bank or the paying bridge used. If you have requested a size or model exchange, you will receive it as a regular purchase with the same terms and conditions previously described.
